First thing - Thursday's (tomorrow) practice has been moved to Friday morning - no practice on Thursday but we will have practice on Friday morning - the times are on the website practice schedule tab... Practice Schedule - LONGLAKE MARLINS (swimtopia.com)

Second thing - there will be a lot of information coming your way over the next week > information on next Thursday afternoon's meet, next Thursday mornings pictures, swimmer meet attendance confirmation, volunteer needs, donation needs, and other tidbits - please read our emails and/or check our Facebook page every day and read the information when you receive it. 

>> Thanks to everyone who participated in the volunteer training yesterday. We covered all the key volunteer positions in a small amount of time so if anyone has any additional questions feel free to reach out. On the volunteer sign-ups there are some additional jobs we didn't cover so if you're not sure what they do just reach out to us and we'll give you the details. 

AND LASTLY >>> VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS

It's now time to start sign-ups - you can do this on the website under the Meets tab...  Meets & Events - LONGLAKE MARLINS (swimtopia.com)     - click on the job signup box for each meet (a total of 5 meets) - all the meets will open at the same time:

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS OPEN TONIGHT (WEDNESDAY, MAY 25TH) AT 8 PM!

They will remain open until the night before each swim meet day (so until Wednesday night for the Thursday meets) but many jobs will be taken fast so if you don't sign up fairly quick you may have limited choices to what volunteer positions you will need to work.
