Hello,

I wanted to quickly update everyone on a few things:

• The concessions donations sign-ups were broken in to two different entries (events) under the Meets & Events tab - until I completed the process of combining them just a few minutes ago. There is now one event for Concessions Donations dated June 9th. These donations will cover us for both of our home meets. 
• For those that had signed up for the 2nd event, I have moved your name to the combined event so you can check to make sure your sign-ups are correct but you don't have to do the sign-ups over again. 
• We found out after we went live that the system will not allow for one person to sign up for multiples of the same item - some people got creative and used both parents names as a work around which was great. To fix the issue moving forward, we now have each item in the sign up system one at a time instead of saying we need 'x' number of an item. Again, for those items that had multiple people sign up, I have moved your name to the new entry for the item so you don't have to do anything (example: we had multiple different people sign up to bring water - when I created multiple entries for the water I assigned it to you then deleted the other entry).
• For those that signed up for drink donations which will be used for either home meet, you can start bringing those to any morning practice starting Tuesday. Those bringing ice or fruit, you have signed up specifically for Meet 1 or Meet 2, bring those items on the day of the Meet for which you signed up.
• The Concessions Donations sign-up must be made through the website, it is not available through the App.

> One other clarification - on the swimmer sign-ins to declare your swimmer for next week's meet - every swimmer needs to declare if they are coming with the exception of Mini-Marlins. Mini-Marlins will swim at next week's away meet but you do not need to declare their attendance in advance. They will just check in with a Coach as soon as they arrive.
