Good Night to you or more likely good morning if you're opening this email tomorrow - here are your notes for our Meet at Aberdeen but first just a heads up - you will be receiving an email in the next couple of days with details about the Divisional Meet and the Forsyth Tide - this email will be very detailed with a lot of information - it may be overwhelming if you are new to the experience - please read through the entire email carefully and reach out with any questions. Now to the Meet info:

THIS WEEK'S MEET DETAILS:

• Meet is Tomorrow, Thursday, June 16th.
• Swimmers need to check in before 4:20pm at their bullpen canopy.
• Warm-ups for all swimmers but mini's will begin at 4:40.
• Mini Marlins should arrive by 4:40.
• The Mini's will swim at 5:10 followed shortly thereafter by Event 1.
• Setup Volunteers should arrive by 4.
• Bullpen Volunteers working 1st shift should be at their bullpens by 4:10.
• All other 1st shift volunteers should check in at our team area table by 4:40.
• 2nd shift volunteers can check in upon arrival so we can mark you as present and we will announce when the volunteer shift switch will occur.
• Cleanup volunteers can start the canopy take down and trash clean up near the end of the meet.
• TIMERS AND JUDGES MEETING: We will have a timers/judges meeting at 5:15 at the "mushroom" on the pool deck. You'll know it when you see it, but it's located near the block end of the pool. 
• VOLUNTEERS: This meet uses manual stopwatches/timing with place judges in a 6 lane pool.
• CONCESSIONS: Concessions will have candy, chips, cold drinks, pizza, BBQ, and Chick Fil A sandwiches. We take cash, square, and Venmo at our concessions stand. 
• ICE CREAM TRUCK: They will have the Tillamook ice cream truck for the meet this week. There will be no extra parking in the lot other than required spot allotment for the safety of all walking to and from the truck. • BULLPEN: Our bullpen area will be outside the gate in the pinestraw area near the playground.      A note from the Aberdeen team > Please do not arrive before 3:30 so we have time to get the area cleared out. We ask that your swimmers please stay in that area and do not wander onto the tennis courts or tennis pavilion during the meet. 
• PARKING: Parking is extremely difficult. Parking is available on side streets, odd side addresses only. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS and please obey no parking signs. Please park legally and not on the corner of the street. Thanks so much for your attention to this!
• WEATHER NOTES FROM ABERDEEN: Hopefully the weather will cooperate this week but I do want to let you know that we do not have indoor shelter for everyone. In case of inclement weather, please have families wait in their cars. We prepare our team to bring rain gear, umbrellas & lots of patience ;-) to the meet b/c we will wait out the weather and do our very best to get it in.
