These donations will be used for our 3 home meets. Drinks can be delivered to Longlake Clubhouse anytime starting now. Fruits and ice can be delivered to clubhouse a couple of hours before swim meets. |

Volunteer Meet Training during Time Trials

Parents are encouraged to attend the swimmers time trials practice session where we will be discussing volunteering and meet procedures, going through training for a variety of positions, and answering questions. We will do the training for each session. |

We encourage every swimmer to free up their schedule if possible to attend this practice. Every swimmer will walk-thru a mock swim meet process and swim each stroke with timers to determine their current strengths which will help in determining what events they will be swimming for the first couple of meets of the season. |
